Job summary

Orona in Dublin is seeking a qualified Lift Engineer to join our Repairs team on a permanent basis. You will perform planned maintenance, attend breakdowns, and build strong client relationships while operating within a 24/7 standby rota.

The ideal candidate has lift industry engineering experience, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a driving licence (Irish or EU). AElectrical Engineering degree and/or NVQ Level 3 are preferred.

Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in Ireland is a must.
• EU/Irish Driving licence is a must.
• Minimum qualification of Electrical Engineering degree and/or NVQ Level 3.
• Experience working as an Engineer in the Lift Industry.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular planned preventive maintenance and service visits.
• Attend lift breakdown callouts to carry out minor lift repairs.
• Meet agreed customer response times, building relationships with our clients.
• Provide regular updates to the Service Manager and become part of the 24/7 standby/callout rota.
• Solve issues across Orona and competitor lifting equipment.
