Job summary

Windward Management invites applications for a Leisure Centre Attendant at Connemara Coast Hotel. The role focuses on guest service, safety, hygiene, and front‑of‑house duties across the leisure facilities.

Ideal candidates will hold a Lifeguard qualification and demonstrate commitment to customer service; Swim Teacher and Gym Instructor qualifications are a plus. Windward offers competitive pay and career progression within the Windward group.

Responsibilities

• To ensure the Leisure Centre operates efficiently and effectively at all times and provide our guests and members with an excellent service.
• To ensure the safety and security of leisure centre guests at all times.
• To ensure the swimming pool and leisure area is cleaned and maintained to the required standards and Health and Safety regulatory standards.
• To assist persons attending the club, ensuring all are comfortable with the exercise equipment.
• To ensure the reception and leisure area is thoroughly cleaned, vacuumed and dusted daily to hygiene standards.
• To comply with all fire, safety and hygiene regulations.
• To record any maintenance within the leisure areas.
• To demonstrate consistently excellent guest care at all times.
• To handle customer queries, requests and complaints according to the hotel's procedures.
