Job summary

Goldfish Swim School is seeking an alert, dependable Lifeguard to be poolside each shift, keeping watch over swimmers and creating a safe environment where kids and families feel confident in the water. If you value safety, lead by example, and genuinely care about others, this role is for you.

You will maintain constant surveillance, respond to emergencies, enforce facility rules with a welcoming attitude, and keep the pool area clean.

Qualifications

• Lifeguard certification required if not already held.
• 6 months lifeguard experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain constant surveillance of all patrons and respond to emergencies.
• Provide emergency care and first aid until EMS arrives.
• Communicate rules to members and guests with a welcoming attitude.
• Inform management of incidents accurately and promptly.
• Keep the facility clean, safe, and organized during every shift.
• Help deliver a gold-standard experience for all guests.
