Job summary

Quanta Consultancy Services Ltd in Westport, Ireland seeks a Metrology Engineer to support a state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing facility on an initial 12‑month contract in the life sciences sector. You will provide analytical support for moulded component batch release, create and review metrology reports, and maintain measurement systems to ensure optimum performance.

A minimum of an Ordinary Degree (Level 7) in Engineering or related discipline is required.
Strong experience as a Metrology Technician or similar in combination products or a highly regulated industry.

Responsibilities

Provide analytical support for moulded component batch release as and when required.
Create and review Metrology reports as required in support of moulded component batch release and engineering study development.
Maintain & troubleshoot measurement systems to ensure their continued optimum performance.
Contentious improvement metrology systems and processes for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
