Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in Life Sciences content strategy
• Experience in Life Sciences, pharma or healthcare with understanding of codes of practice and medical legal review
• Able to produce content strategy documentation: audits, taxonomies, playbooks and governance frameworks
• Exposure to modular content or content supply chain and to planning tools for content at scale
• Copywriting experience or ability to work with scientific content and turn data into stories

Responsibilities

• Define omnichannel content strategies aligning client objectives with customer needs
• Run content audits and translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Advise on content operating models: processes, roles and workflows across planning, creation, medical legal review, localisation and reuse
• Create architecture artefacts: content frameworks, messaging architectures, taxonomies, tone of voice, governance docs
• Facilitate discovery and co-creation workshops with marketing, medical, digital and compliance stakeholders
• Draft clear, compliant copy for campaigns, disease awareness and HCP content
• Define measurement frameworks and KPIs to optimise content and inform strategy
• Collaborate with experience strategy, creative, scientific, digital and delivery teams
• Contribute content thinking to pitches, proposals and POVs
• Possess strong English written and verbal communication skills
