Job summary

Tank Pipe and Drain Longford Limited t/a Glancy Enviro, based in Clonterm, Longford, Ireland, is seeking experienced plumbers for immediate start at the Longford facility. The role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing and drainage systems across domestic and commercial sites.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of relevant experience, a trade certificate in plumbing/drainage inspection, and strong fault-diagnosis skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a qualified Plumber or in plumbing/drainage/utility roles.
• Trade/craft certification in plumbing/drainage inspection is required.
• Strong technical knowledge of plumbing systems and maintenance practices.
• Able to work independently and in a team in domestic and commercial environments.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, pipework, and drainage infrastructure.
• Diagnose and resolve leaks, blockages, and faults.
• Carry out routine maintenance, emergency callouts, and drainage/water-supply repairs.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and job specs.
• Ensure work safety and regulatory compliance; liaise with supervisors, engineers and customers.
• Maintain accurate job records and service documentation.
