Health & Fitness Club Manager
About the Role

We’re recruiting for an experienced and enthusiastic Health & Fitness Club Manager to lead a busy leisure facility in the Midlands. This is a hands‑on leadership role focused on delivering excellent customer service, driving commercial performance, and managing a motivated team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the Health & Fitness Club, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service.
  • Lead and support the team, including lifeguards, fitness instructors, and front‑of‑house staff.
  • Manage membership campaigns, events, and social media activity to grow engagement.
  • Monitor budgets, payroll, and financial performance, ensuring targets are met.
  • Coordinate training, team development, and performance reviews.
  • Promote the club’s facilities internally and locally to increase participation.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and pool plant operations.
  • Handle customer feedback and implement improvements where needed.
