Job summary

A boutique law firm in Dublin seeks an experienced Legal Secretary for a 12 month Maternity Contract. The successful candidate will have litigation experience and the opportunity for a permanent position as a Legal Executive, along with flexible working hours. Responsibilities include managing correspondence, maintaining files, and administrative support. Ideal candidates will have excellent organizational skills and proficiency in relevant software. Salary offered is €45k.

  • Strong ability to manage high volume of work and prioritise accordingly.
  • Excellent organisational skills and proficiency with case management programmes.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy of work.

Link Personnel are hiring a Legal Secretary for a well established Boutique Law Firm in close to St. Stephen’s Green. They currently have a requirement for a Legal Secretary with Litigation experience to complete a 12 month Maternity Contract. However, upon completion they are keen to promote the successful candidate to a Permanent Legal Executive within Litigation whilst taking responsibilities for some areas of Conveyancing.

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious candidate who wants to progress from Legal Secretary to a career Legal Executive and has plans to secure a relevant qualification.

Offering a salary to €45k and flexible start and finish times, this is an office based role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Typing correspondence, including letters and emails, from dictation;
  • Copying and compiling Counsel Briefs;
  • Opening and maintaining both digital and physical files;
  • Handling invoicing and administrative support tasks.
