Role: Legal and Corporate Affairs (Corporate Governance/Company Secretary) Graduate Programme 2026

Location: Dublin (Molesworth Street, Dublin 2 or Central Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18)

Start Date: September 2026

Contract Length: 23‑month contract (September 2026 – August 2028)

About the Role

The Legal Function provides all legal services to the AIB Group. The function works collaboratively with business and support units, delivering pragmatic, commercial, customer‑focused advice, controlling external legal spend, and managing third‑party and supplier relationships. The Corporate Governance and Company Secretarial teams, within Corporate Affairs, ensure a simple, efficient and compliant governance structure supporting the Group Board, Executive, and subsidiaries.
