Job summary

A leading corporate services provider is seeking a legal administrator to join their capital markets team in Ireland, Leinster. You will coordinate document execution and support compliance and governance efforts. The ideal candidate has a degree in law or finance, and six months to two years' experience in a corporate or legal environment. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential for this role.

Qualifications

  • Minimum six months to two years' experience within a corporate services provider or legal/financial sector.
  • Excellent attention to detail essential.
  • Interest in company secretarial and compliance matters.

Responsibilities

  • Arrange for document execution and liaise with intermediaries.
  • Ensure all ongoing statutory, legal and transactional obligations are met.
  • Coordinate and oversee pan-European securitisation transactions.
  • Organise, convene and attend client board and committee meetings.
  • Draft minutes and action item lists from meetings.
  • Maintain statutory registers and file forms with the CRO.

Job description

A leading corporate services provider is seeking to recruit a legal administrator to join their capital markets team. The role will report to the head of governance and transaction services. The legal administrator will have ideally six months experience working in the legal sector.

Key responsibilities
  • Arranging for document execution and liaising with intermediaries for the safe delivery of such documents within a quick turnaround
  • Assisting in ensuring all on-going statutory, legal and transactional obligations are met and ensuring good corporate governance throughout
  • Assisting with the coordination and oversight of pan-European securitisation transactions from a governance, compliance and administrative perspective
  • Assisting with organising, convening (including the preparation of board packs) and attending client board and committee meetings
  • Drafting minutes and action item lists from board and committee meetings and circulating to clients and boards of directors in a timely manner
  • Maintaining statutory registers, filing forms with the CRO, incorporating new companies and drafting Constitutions

As the legal administrator you will have a legal, finance or a business degree, minimum six months to two-years' experience within a corporate services provider or legal/financial sector. Excellent attention to detail essential. Excellent written and oral communication skills. An interest in company secretarial and compliance matters.
