Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a Visual Design Specialist to lead design execution across projects from concept to delivery. You will provide creative direction, ensure brand consistency, and mentor designers to achieve high-quality outcomes for both digital and print media.

The role requires 6–8 years of experience, strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and PowerPoint, and excellent client-facing communication in English.

Qualifications

• Degree in Visual Design, Graphic Design, or related field.
• 6–8 years professional visual or graphic design experience.
• Experience leading design projects and mentoring junior designers.
• Client-facing experience, including presenting design decisions.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using AI tools in design workflows.
• Portfolio demonstrating visual design execution and direction.
• C1 English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead concept development and visual storytelling across digital and print deliverables.
• Provide creative direction and review design work for quality and brand alignment.
• Develop and apply brand guidelines, design systems, visual assets, and responsive experiences.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, PowerPoint, and AI tools to support design development.
• Lead client discussions, presenting and explaining design decisions.
• Mentor designers throughout project delivery.
• Coordinate design workflows, timelines, reviews, and quality checks.
• Address design/delivery risks related to scope or deadlines.
