Job description

We’re looking for a Lead Vet to head our Navan clinic – an experienced surgeon ready to step into clinical leadership and take genuine ownership of a site. This is a role for someone who wants more than a rota. You’ll shape the clinical direction of the practice, develop the team around you, and build something you’re proud of, with the backing of a group that invests in its people and its clinics.

You’ll have real autonomy over how the clinic runs, clinical and financial visibility of your own numbers, and the support of a wider network of Lead Vets and a central team behind you. You’re never on your own – you lead the site, but you’re backed at every turn.

No out-of-hours. Option of a four-day week. Time back for Saturdays.
