Responsibilities

• Act as a Lead Structural Engineer as part of Multidiscipline Design Teams.
• Design input and oversight of delivery of all Structural aspects of projects.
• Prepare project reports for Planning, Tender, and Construction Stage.
• Communicate design intent via PowerPoint presentations.
• Prepare fee proposals and quality submissions for design contracts.
• Communicate with internal and external parties via email.
• Oversee preparation of design drawings.
• Prepare design calculations for internal and external review.
• Undertake duties of Ancillary Certifier for the C&S discipline.
• Manage financial design budgets.

Skills

Chartered Engineer with Engineers Ireland or Institution of Structural Engineers

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in delivery of Structural Engineering Design

Proficient in MS Office Suite

Experience using structural design software

Experience as Project C+S engineer on multi-disciplined projects
