Job summary

The Citco Group Limited is seeking a Lead Solution Analyst within its Transformation Office, R&D team, to drive analysis and definition of business and solution requirements for a Fund Services transformation program using Sigma Cloud.

You will collaborate with subject-matter experts, process owners, architects, developers, and project leadership to translate needs into clear, testable requirements and practical solution designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of business or solution analysis experience in an agile environment.
• Experience leading discovery, process analysis, solution evaluation, and stakeholder workshops.
• Ability to document requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process models, data needs, and business rules.
• Exceptional facilitation, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience supporting testing, implementation readiness, and benefits measurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops covering users, processes, controls, data, reporting, analytics, and integration needs.
• Define reporting, analytics, governance, security, and user requirements supporting the use of Sigma.
• Design reporting and analytics solutions that use Sigma capabilities to meet business outcomes.
• Own functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process models, data requirements, and traceability.
• Assess current-state processes and define scalable future-state processes.
• Partner with architects and developers to evaluate options, feasibility, dependencies, risks, and trade-offs.
• Maintain and refine the product backlog and facilitate planning, reviews, demonstrations, and requirements walkthroughs.
• Support solution design, testing, defect triage, implementation readiness, and acceptance decisions.
• Define and monitor adoption, performance, control effectiveness, and realized benefits.
• Mentor analysts and promote high-quality business-analysis practices.
