Job summary

TechHeads is seeking an experienced Lead Security Enterprise Architect for a large organisation undergoing cyber transformation in Dublin. This strategic role combines enterprise architecture, cyber security, and technology transformation to shape security strategy and architecture aligned with business priorities.

You will lead security architecture across major programmes, mentor architects and communicate with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

10+ years in security or solution architecture.
Experience in enterprise-scale, regulated environments.
Strong governance, risk and compliance knowledge.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

Develop and evolve enterprise security architecture, principles, standards and roadmaps.
Translate business and technology requirements into secure and scalable solutions.
Provide security architecture leadership across major programmes and transformation initiatives.
Work closely with senior leaders, technology teams, business stakeholders and external partners.
Partner with the wider Cyber Security function to identify and manage architectural risks.
Assess emerging technologies and recommend improvements to security capabilities.
Provide architectural governance, assurance and technical direction.
Produce architecture documentation and communicate recommendations to technical and executive audiences.
Lead, mentor and influence architects and technical specialists.
