Qualifications

  • Significant experience as a Scrum Master in complex Agile delivery environments.

  • Experience partnering with Product Owners and delivery teams to improve backlog quality and outcomes.
  • Proven ability to manage impediments, risks and dependencies across teams.
  • Experience using Agile metrics and reporting tools, including Azure DevOps or similar platforms.
  • Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience coaching Agile maturity and continuous improvement.
  • Scrum Master certification or equivalent Agile training.
