Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as a Site Manager on residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations and BCAR.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and site teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site activities for a multi-unit residential development.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company procedures.
• Coordinate subcontractors, labour, suppliers, and site logistics.
