Job summary

EY’s Cyber Security practice seeks a Technology Consulting - Red teamer, Manager to lead and grow a global penetration testing and offensive security team in Dublin. You will guide remote and onsite engagements, deliver high‑impact security testing and provide actionable recommendations to clients across industries.

Qualifications

• MSc degree in information security, computer science, information systems, cloud computing or related field of study.
• OSCP certified is required or strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with security testing methodologies and reporting formats.
• Ideally CISSP or CISM and other pentest certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support global penetration testing and offensive security engagements.
• Manage onsite and remote teams across client sites.
• Deliver penetration test results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members to grow on-shore and off-shore capabilities.
• Develop and advance DevSecOps capabilities and security testing practices.
