Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Mechanical Estimator Manager or Senior Estimator role.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and mechanical/process pipework systems.
• High level of commercial awareness and ability to drive best-value outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the estimating department, overseeing all tendering activities.
• Ensure all estimates are complete, accurate and aligned with company standards.
• Liaise with commercial, contracts, and operations teams to ensure seamless project transitions.
