We are seeking a proactive and self-starting Lead Generator to join our client's team. Youll play a critical role in identifying and qualifying leads using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM systems. Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate qualified leads using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and Google.
  • Conduct outbound calls daily to prospective clients across various industries.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and follow-ups using the BOX SOS CRM system.
  • Research potential clients and decision-makers to develop effective outreach strategies.
  • Leverage social media platforms to support lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach campaigns.
  • Track and report on lead generation metrics and performance.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision makers.
Qualifications
  • At least 12 years of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or sales support (entry-level candidates with the right skills will also be considered).
  • Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM platforms.
  • Familiarity with using Google for prospect research.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary

Salary: 30,000 - 33,000 per annum.

OTE: 39,000 - 42,900 with incentives for lead generation and business revenue conversion achieved.
