Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer or Software Engineering.
• 5–10+ years embedded software experience.
• Experience leading software design and verification activities.
• Experience working in safety-critical development environments.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Familiarity with DO-178C and certification processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, integration, and verification of embedded software for flight control systems.
• Mentor a team of embedded software engineers.
• Lead requirements, design, and code reviews.
• Coordinate with customers and international engineering partners.
• Support software certification activities.
• Develop software plans and certification documentation.
• Oversee project planning, task assignments and resource management.
• Participate in HIL/SIL testing and system verification.
