Job summary

Moog Ireland seeks a Production Supervisor to lead 35+ electronics production staff on-site in Carrigaline. You will organise people, equipment and processes to meet customer commitments and manage resources with cross-functional teams including Planning, Customer Service, and Quality.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in regulated manufacturing, an engineering background, and familiarity with Lean and SAP. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years leading and managing people in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• An Engineering qualification in Electronic/Electrical Engineering is advantageous.
• A business qualification in Supply Chain/Logistics is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan resources to meet targets and manage production area staffing.
• Monitor plan versus actual and drive continuous improvement (Lean).
• Coordinate with planning, Customer Service, Quality, and HR for staffing and training.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and KPIs (on-time delivery, quality) are met.
