Qualificações

• Degree in Biological Sciences or related field with relevant lab experience.
• Minimum five years in a laboratory setting with demonstrable leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of biologics, bioassays, biochemistry, and biostatistics in GMP labs.
• Experience working in regulated environments and documentation practices.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Bioassay QC NPI lab operations and oversee CBPA and ELISA testing for development/clinical products.
• Coordinate release and stability testing to meet global timelines and project milestones.
• Communicate results to stakeholders and manage scheduling of reagents, housekeeping, and training.
• Support recruitment, coaching, and development of team members and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide data and KPI reporting; participate in departmental and OPEX meetings.
