Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Lead Software Engineer in Workforce Experience Technology to drive secure, scalable software solutions for HR talent management. You will shape architecture, implement production-grade code, and advance AI-assisted development across teams.

The role requires deep experience with Java, Spring Boot, AWS, and CI/CD, along with leadership in agile environments. Expect collaboration across product, platform, and security teams to deliver robust technology for our workforce

Qualifications

Hands-on experience delivering system design, development, testing and reliability.
Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot and Terraform; AWS with IaC.
Experience leading AI-assisted development tools and secure coding practices.

Responsibilities

Develop secure, high-quality production code and review peers' work.
Drive adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices with secure validation standards.
Automate remediation and improve operational stability of software.
Lead evaluation sessions with vendors and internal teams on architecture and credentials.
Lead communities of practice to promote new technologies.
Design and develop AWS infrastructure for HR Talent Management and data ecosystem.
Develop data models and databases for HR Talent Management.
Collaborate with product and front-end teams to review end-to-end requirements.
Participate in resiliency and optimization events.
