Qualifications

• 8–12 years’ experience in automation, control systems, or system integration.
• Proven leadership experience – managing or mentoring engineers on technical projects.
• Deep understanding of PLC, HMI, and SCADA platforms (e.g. Siemens, Allen‑Bradley, Rockwell, Ignition).
• Strong background in FAT/SAT, validation, and commissioning.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with a focus on technical delivery and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 4–5 automation, electrical, and mechatronic engineers.
• Manage the design, documentation, programming, and delivery of PLC/HMI/SCADA systems.
• Review and approve technical work to ensure compliance, quality, and consistency.
• Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and site teams to deliver on time and within budget.
• Engage directly with clients to resolve complex technical issues.
