Job summary

A major e-commerce company in Ireland is looking for Investigators to evaluate transactions and safeguard its global customer base. This role involves investigating suspicious activity, communicating with various parties to make informed decisions, and maintaining site quality. Candidates should be proficient in English and Turkish, have strong organizational skills, and ideally come from a customer service background. The position is a 6-month fixed-term contract with flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service/retail environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of or experience in a fraud/risk management environment is beneficial.
• Ability to compose grammatically correct, concise written responses.

Responsibilities

• Investigate suspicious buyer activity and behavior.
• Communicate with buyers and merchants via email and telephone.
• Maintain Amazon's site quality by enforcing Policy Guidelines.
