Job summary

Center Parcs Longford Forest Bella Italia is seeking a Kitchen Steward/Porter to support the kitchen team. You will handle waste disposal, deep cleaning and operate the pot-washing equipment to help maintain a safe, sanitary kitchen and smooth service.

This part-time role offers a guaranteed minimum of 100 hours over 4 weeks, weekend and bank holiday shifts, and a rate of €14.35 per hour with a Sunday premium. No previous experience required; training provided.

We are looking for a reliable Kitchen Steward / Porter to support our Bella Italia team. This role involves waste disposal, deep cleaning and operating pot-washing equipment to ensure a safe and sanitary kitchen environment.

What you'll be doing

• Dispose of kitchen waste safely and hygienically
• Deep clean kitchen and wash-up areas
• Sweeping, mopping and operating pot-washing machinery

Your working hours

• Part-time contract
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 100 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
• Premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday
