Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure basic cleaning jobs are carried as per guidelines.
  • Clean food preparation areas and equipment, in addition to crockery and cutlery.
  • Unload food and equipment deliveries.
  • Keep the storeroom organised and clean.
  • Keep work surfaces, walls and floors clean and sanitised.
  • Collect and wash up pots and pans.
  • Comply with all Health & Safety standards in the Kitchen.
  • Support Chefs as required.
  • Assist with waste and refuse removal.
