Job description

This is a part-time opportunity for a kitchen assistant on a temporary basis through our agency, in Tipperary and surrounding areas. Occational or ongoing work can be available mostly part-time but can get full-time availability also. Hours are generally available during morning times between Monday to Friday. This might suit someone who is occupied during the evenings and is looking for flexible work.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Wash and clean dishes, utensils and cleaning kitchen equipment using professional equipment
  • Maintain a clean and organized working environment ensuring high hygiene standards
  • Manage and dispose waste correctly in line with food safety regulations
  • Ensure clear communication with the rest of the BOH team, to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Use and store cleaning equipment appropriately ensuring own and the teams safety at all times
  • Assist in the food preparation and ensure food safety standards are met at all times.
