Job summary

Sensori in Kerry seeks a Mobile Maintenance Plumber for a full-time, permanent role based in the Kerry region. You will carry out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance across healthcare, educational and commercial sites, ensuring health, safety and Legionella compliance.

The successful candidate will diagnose faults, maintain water and HVAC systems, liaise with site managers, and keep precise maintenance records while minimising disruption to occupants.

Qualifications

• A recognised Plumbing Qualification/Certificate is required.
• RGI Qualification is desirable.
• Clean Irish driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance on plumbing systems and equipment.
• Respond to reactive maintenance requests and emergency callouts.
• Diagnose and repair faults on water services, drainage, sanitary ware, and pipework.
• Install, repair, and replace plumbing fixtures including sinks, toilets, taps, showers, pumps, and water heaters.
• Maintain hot and cold water distribution systems.
• Carry out routine servicing, inspection, and maintenance of Air Handling Units (AHUs).
