You will work on kdb+ consulting practice, contribute to all stages of the software lifecycle, and collaborate with clients to understand requirements and deployments.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in KDB+/Q, strong background in finance or tech, and experience with Java/C++/Python and Jenkins/TeamCity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a software engineering / development role using KDB+/Q.
• Strong academic background in business, finance, engineering, mathematics, science, or technology.
• Track record of developing successful software solutions in programming languages such as Java / C++ / Python.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside our global clients as part of our kdb+ consulting practice.
• Operate as Subject Matter Expert for KX product installations and customization.
• Contribute to all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including influencing the overall design and architecture of the application and developing, testing, and deploying the code.
• Interact with users to understand requirements and integration needs, deploy applications, assist with user configurations, troubleshoot issues, and perform training.
• Support users with accessing and querying data.
