Job summary

Access Healthcare in Dublin is seeking a Recruitment Consultant in a trainee role with a clear path to leadership. No prior recruitment experience is required; you will be trained from day one and mentored by senior consultants to build a successful desk.

You will manage the full candidate journey for healthcare clients, assist with onboarding compliance, and place candidates on shifts to earn uncapped commissions. Base salary plus performance rewards, office-based Mon-Fri.

Qualifications

• 2+ years post-education experience in any field.
• EU Passport or Stamp 4 visa, based in or relocating to Dublin.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Full Candidate Journey - Post roles, screen CVs, and interview candidates for our healthcare clients.
• Handle Onboarding - Support your candidates through certification and compliance so they're ready to work.
• Book Shifts and Earn Commission - Place your candidates on shifts with our clients, earning commission on every shift booked.
