Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing project costs and financial reporting.
  • Support procurement and administration of subcontractor and supplier packages.
  • Help prepare monthly progress accounts and valuations.
  • Assist with cashflow forecasting and cost monitoring.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify risks.
  • Participate in tender preparation and measurement tasks.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to senior surveyors.

Job description

Location: Limerick (site-based, with occasional travel)
Contract: Permanent (subject to successful completion of probation)
Reports To: Associate Director – Surveying

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience to gain hands‑on exposure to a wide variety of projects across residential, commercial, pharmaceutical, industrial, and educational sectors. You’ll work closely with senior surveyors and project teams, developing your skills in cost management and commercial delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing project costs and financial reporting
  • Support procurement and administration of subcontractor and supplier packages
  • Help prepare monthly progress accounts and valuations
  • Assist with cashflow forecasting and cost monitoring
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify risks and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in tender preparation and measurement tasks
  • Provide ad-hoc support to senior surveyors as required
