Graduate qualification in Automation, Electrical, Electronic, Computer, IT, Engineering, or related discipline.
Entry-level to 1-2 years' experience in IT and/or OT environments.
Basic understanding of project delivery methodologies, governance, reporting, and change management.
Awareness of Pharma lifecycle processes, FDA regulated environments, GAMP, commissioning, cutover, and operational readiness is desirable.
Good documentation, facilitation, communication, and teamwork skills.
Must be detail oriented, willing to learn, and self-motivating.

Responsibilities

Support Work Package Ownership activities for defined IT/OT project deliverables from initiation through handover, including tracking scope, schedule, actions, documentation, and status updates.
Assist with coordination across engineering, operations, maintenance, IT security and infrastructure, vendors, and system integrators to support aligned delivery plans.
Support requirements gathering and solution design activities for OT systems such as PLC / SCADA / DCS, historian, MES, OT networking, and related IT integrations.
Help ensure safety and compliance requirements are considered during delivery, including change control, permit-to-work, site access, and operational readiness inputs.
Assist with vendor and procurement activities, including preparing inputs for statements of work, acceptance criteria, delivery milestones, and change control records.
Support testing and commissioning activities such as FAT/SAT, user acceptance testing, documentation generation and review, training preparation, and handover to support teams.
Participate in governance routines and contribute to continuous improvement by capturing actions, risks, issues, lessons learned, and project documentation updates.
