Originate Creative is seeking a Junior Designer to join our fast-paced studio. You’ll collaborate with strategists, designers and developers on branding, digital campaigns and communications.

You’ll help shape projects from early concepts through to polished execution, bringing ideas to the table and contributing to creative concepts. The role suits someone fluent in graphic and motion design, with strong Adobe Creative Suite and video editing skills, eager to grow and own meaningful work across

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in an agency or creative environment.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating originality, craft and strategic thinking.
• Great video editing and animation skills for Social Media.
• Strong understanding of Social Media language.
• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects).
• Strong understanding of typography, layout construction, video pacing and visual storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality graphic design work across branding, digital, social, presentations, campaigns and communications.
• Create video edits and motion design for social media and digital platforms.
• Bring brands to life through motion, animation and storytelling.
• Contribute to creative concepts and collaborate with senior designers, strategists and creative director.
• Help push the studio creatively through curiosity, experimentation and attention to detail.
• Stay on top of emerging trends, tools and technologies, including AI-assisted creative workflows.
