Job summary

A leading hardware manufacturing company in Ireland is seeking entry-level candidates in Electronics or software. You'll work alongside an engineering manager to enhance your skills in PCB design, instrumentation, and software development (C/C++). Ideal for those passionate about electronic engineering. This is an onsite role near Offaly.

Qualifications

• Educational background in Electronic Engineering or a similar field (Bachelors or equivalent level minimum).
• 1+ year of experience preferred but open to grads with a good educational background/Personal Projects.
• Passion for electronic engineering and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

Job description

Looking for those at the start of their career in Electronics or software to join a long established hardware manufacturing company. You will be working closely alongside the engineering manager who will help to provide plenty of scope to upskill while also being surrounded by a team of peers and technicians to ensure that the electronics side of the company is driving innovation. Working on PCB design and layout while also getting scope to work on other skills such as instrumentation, testing and analytical skills. This role will see you also upskilling in software development such as C and Visual basic.

Requirements

• Educational background in Electronic Engineering or a similar field (Bachelors or equivalent level minimum)

• A real passion and enthusiasm for electronic engineering and the work ethic to learn in the industry.

Salary is dependant on Experience! This is an onsite role meaning you will have to be based local to Offaly or open to relocate.
