Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or foreman experience in a factory or workshop setting.
• Strong ability to interpret manufacturing/technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all production activities across the workshop.
• Oversee and manage the workflow of all production projects.
• Perform quality checks at key stages to ensure high workmanship.
