The role requires 3+ years’ experience in wealth management, native/ fluent Italian, and a solid grasp of financial markets. MiFID training or related certifications are advantageous for career progression.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience working with private clients in financial services
• Native or fluent Italian language skills
• Strong understanding of financial markets and investments
• Experience building and managing long-term client relationships

• Client Relationship Management - Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with a portfolio of private clients
• Market Discussions - Communicate market developments, investment themes and broader economic trends to clients
