Job summary

Qualtrics seeks an IT Analyst to keep internal systems running smoothly, providing end‑user support across Mac and Windows, handling conferences and office tech, and maintaining thorough IT documentation. The role reports to the IT Support team and partners with office staff globally.

You’ll triage and resolve tickets, assist with onboarding and offboarding, and help scale IT processes as Qualtrics grows. A strong customer‑service mindset and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar technical support role.
  • Experience supporting end users in a Tier 2 or Tier 3 environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Mac OS and Windows environments.
  • Experience with endpoint management tools such as Jamf, Intune, Autopilot, SCCM, or similar.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems like ServiceNow.
  • Experience supporting VoIP, Zoom Rooms, or videoconferencing technology.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Spanish fluency is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve employee issues quickly: Provide support for laptops, software, VoIP, videoconferencing, and other end‑user technologies.
  • Keep meetings running smoothly: Support conference rooms, Zoom Rooms, and onsite presentations so teams can collaborate without interruption.
  • Manage service requests: Triage and resolve IT tickets, use existing documentation to solve common issues, and elevate more complex problems when needed.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding: Set up new employee devices and accounts, and reclaim or reset equipment when employees leave.
  • Maintain and improve IT documentation: Keep troubleshooting guides accurate and suggest ways to make support faster and more consistent.
  • Support office technology needs: Travel to offices as needed to help set up, audit, and maintain IT equipment and meeting spaces.
  • Manage accounts and updates: Provision accounts, support operating system and application updates, and help when automation does not complete successfully.

IT Analyst

You’ll work closely with the IT Support team, office partners, and employees across the company to resolve issues and improve how we support technology at Qualtrics.As we grow, this role also helps us adapt new tools, strengthen documentation, and improve the way IT support operates.
