Job summary

A leading packaging company in Ireland is seeking an IT Administrator to support technology for production facilities in Dublin and Cork. The role involves troubleshooting IT equipment, providing end-user support, and managing IT infrastructure. • Previous experience as an IT technician or in a relevant role.
• Familiarity with database concepts, preferably in the Printing industry.
• Fluent in English, German skills a plus.
• Full driving license and own transport.

Responsibilities

• Support all Company-owned technology including desktops and laptops.
• Monitor and respond to IT Support Ticket stream.
• Provide advice and guidance on IT systems.
• Install, test, and configure hardware and software.
• Maintain asset registers for IT assets.
• Oversee server room to ensure a stable environment.
