Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking an experienced Information Security & GRC Analyst to join on a 12-month fixed-term contract, maternity cover. You will maintain and continually improve the ISMS, support regulatory requirements, manage information security risks and help ensure operational resilience across the organisation.

You will work with stakeholders across business and technology, translating security and compliance needs into practical processes and controls, coordinating audits and monitoring

Qualifications

• 3+ years in information security, GRC, IT risk or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 27001 and ISMS operations/improvement.
• Experience supporting internal and external audits.
• Familiar with information security policies, risk management and control frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and continually improve the ISMS aligned with ISO 27001:2022 and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and support audits, evidence collection and remediation tracking.
• Conduct information security risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
• Monitor compliance with information security policies, controls and regulatory requirements.
• Support risk management across projects, services and technology changes.
