About The Role

As an Operations Customer Expert, you’ll be the go‑to person for customers reaching out via phone, email, and chat. Your goal? Solve problems swiftly and empathetically, support fraud investigations, and handle disputes and complaints with the utmost professionalism and care.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide top‑notch support to customers, aiming for first‑contact resolution across all channels.
  • Manage complex cases from start to finish, building trust and representing the brand with pride.
  • Play a key role in fraud investigations, chargebacks, and complaint resolutions accurately and fairly.
  • Identify vulnerable customers and ensure they get the help they need by escalating when appropriate.
  • Share your insights and feedback with your team to drive continuous improvements.
  • Stay adaptable and responsive in a dynamic, evolving environment.
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 12 months experience in the Irish job market or supporting Irish English‑speaking customers in banking or payment‑related support.
  • Solid experience handling complaints, fraud, and disputes (Mastercard/Visa knowledge is a big plus).
  • Excellent English communication skills with a deep understanding of Irish culture (C1 level minimum).
  • A proactive, empathetic approach to customer service combined with strong problem‑solving skills.
Training & Onboarding
  • 12 full days of paid, comprehensive training including product knowledge, software tools, customer interaction skills, and real‑world practice.
  • Successful completion leads to a formal employment contract – your new career starts here!
Working Conditions & Perks
  • Location: Onsite in a modern Lisbon office, in the heart of the vibrant Parque das Nações district.
  • Hours: 40 hours/week with flexible rotating shifts to cover 24/7 customer needs.
  • Contract: 12 months initial term, with excellent potential for permanent employment after 2 years.
