Qualifications

  • Demonstrated leadership with progression beyond Level I, Level II, and Level III.
  • 1-2 years of people management including coaching and performance development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and analytical decision-making.
  • Ability to organize, plan, prioritize, and manage time across multiple staff.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and client tools/applications.
  • CTIPS Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise team members to ensure quality, deadlines, and procedures are followed.
  • Train staff and schedule all training activities.
  • Provide guidance in handling complex problems and coaching staff.
  • Discuss performance issues with employees with management support.
  • Interpret and communicate work procedures and policies to staff.
  • Monitor workload levels to ensure appropriate staffing.
  • Mentor and develop staff to maximize potential and performance.
  • Communicate with colleagues, supervisors and clients professionally.
