Job summary

State Street in Dublin is seeking an Investor Services Senior Associate to oversee the day-to-day delivery of investor servicing activities, ensuring high standards of client service, operational excellence, risk management and regulatory compliance. Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance, Business or related discipline, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Fund Administration experience, preferably Hedge Transfer Agency, with supervisory experience.
  • Proven experience reviewing operational work and managing competing priorities.
  • Strong client service, organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day supervision of Investor Services A1s and A2s, ensuring deliverables are completed in line with internal controls.
  • Identify daily team priorities, assign work effectively and ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Support day-to-day performance management through regular one-to-one meetings, goal setting and annual reviews.
  • Perform review activities across trade, cash, end-of-day activity, reporting checklists and online e-checklists.
  • Monitor team activity across shared mailboxes and provide support on queries as required.
  • Manage day-to-day client relationships and elevate issues to the Manager where appropriate.
  • Serve as an escalation point for technical and client queries, supporting timely service to investors.
  • Liaise with AML team to review and monitor anti-money laundering documentation.
  • Promote risk awareness within the team and act as a role model for strong control practices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve productivity through process improvements and automation.
  • Contribute to department-wide training by drafting and delivering training materials.
