Qualifications

  • 1+ years’ experience in hedge fund administration is required.
  • Experience in all aspects of the Investor Services Administrator role is preferred.
  • Alternative experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Process investor transaction documents according to fund requirements.
  • Maintain capital activity reports and distribute periodically.
  • Complete AML requirements for all investor transactions.
  • Serve as daily client contact for investor servicing.
  • Mentor junior staff and provide training.
  • Work on projects and ad-hoc tasks as required.
