Camden Recruitment Partners is recruiting for an ambitious accounting professional in Dublin to join a growing investment firm. You will work on NAV calculations, fund fee analysis, and financial close, collaborating with managers, custodians and auditors to drive accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in the investment/funds industry.
• NAV understanding within an investment environment.
• ACA or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with Geneva/Investran preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review NAV calculations across investment funds.
• Calculate management, performance and incentive fees.
• Perform cash, trade and position reconciliations, resolving breaks.
• Review accruals, expenses, corporate actions and pricing.
• Liaise with investment managers, custodians, auditors and administrators.
• Support financial reporting and month/quarter-end close.
• Review junior accountants' work and provide technical guidance.
• Identify process improvements and control enhancements.
