Job summary

Sandvik Ireland is recruiting an Inbound Specialist (Hybrid) for a permanent role in our Dublin Office. You will manage supplier relationships, ensure on-time delivery, and drive inventory reduction initiatives while handling end-to-end procurement and forecast improvements.

The role requires extensive supply chain experience, ERP knowledge, and strong English communication. The position offers a hybrid work model with benefits including pension, health insurance, and an onsite gym.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a related supply chain role.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and business management tools.
• Fluent English and ability to travel within the region.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of supplier relationships with focus on availability and delivery performance.
• End-to-end procurement tasks including PO placement, tracking and expediting orders.
• Collaborate with Sourcing, Engineering and Customer Service to improve lead times and forecast accuracy.
• Conduct regular business reviews and implement corrective actions as needed.
