Job summary

RenaissanceRe Holdings Ltd. is offering summer internship opportunities across multiple functions in Dublin and other offices. The program provides hands-on experience with high-performing teams and exposure to senior leaders through a speaker series.

RenaissanceRe is seeking internship candidates for the Summer of 2027 across various functions.

For the 2026 Internship, RenaissanceRe hosted 35 interns within multiple departments (Actuarial, Claims, Client Analytics, Human Resources, Strategic Investments, Legal, Operations, Underwriting & Technology) across different offices (New York, Bermuda, Dublin & London).
