Overview

Are you an experienced insurance professional ready to take the next step into leadership? Our client is a long-established Irish insurance broker with a strong reputation for customer care, professional expertise, and community focus. They’re expanding their Galway team and are seeking someone to guide and develop a small, high-performing group of customer advisors.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll guide your team day-to-day, helping them hit their targets while making sure clients get the excellent service they expect. You’ll combine hands-on insurance work with people management, so it’s perfect for someone who enjoys coaching others and being part of a busy, friendly office.

What you’ll be doing
  • Leading and supporting a team of advisors to achieve new business and renewal goals.
  • Making sure the team follows all regulatory and quality standards.
  • Overseeing reporting and month-end processes so everything runs smoothly.
  • Sharing knowledge, coaching, and helping team members grow.
  • Helping onboard new team members and ensuring they feel supported.
  • Looking for ways to make processes easier and the client experience even better.
About You

You’re confident, approachable, and enjoy helping people do their best. You lead by example and take pride in your work.

  • Experience in general insurance (personal lines), including both new business and renewals.
