Job Description

Main Purpose of the Role: To professionally complete installation and maintenance work as assigned, ensuring it meets the company’s standards and is completed in a timely and safe manner.

Core Duties and Responsibilities
  • Installation & Maintenance
    • Install, repair, and maintain signage (various types).
    • Ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction during all works.
    • Perform regular inspections and address issues promptly.
  • Site Assessment
    • Assess signage placement for visibility, compliance, and aesthetics.
    • Liaise with project/site managers and clients for optimal outcomes.
  • Equipment & Vehicle Use
    • Operate tools (e.g., laser levels, drills, ladders).
    • Maintain tools and report malfunctions.
    • Drive company vehicles, keep them clean and in good working order.
    • Maintain and monitor equipment stored in vehicles.
  • Documentation & Reporting
    • Keep accurate records of work done (materials used, time, challenges).
    • Report to project managers or clients when required.
  • Communication
    • Work collaboratively with internal teams and clients.
    • Ensure all parties understand project timelines and requirements.
  • Quality Control
    • Meet client specs through accurate installation.
    • Proactively resolve client concerns professionally.
Health & Safety Responsibilities
  • Take responsibility for personal and team safety.
  • Follow all safety, hygiene, and fire protocols.
  • Participate in drills and required H&S training.
  • Report defects, damage, hazards, or accidents promptly.
  • Keep workspaces clean, tidy, and hazard-free.
  • Understand emergency and First Aid procedures.
  • Secure all company equipment and property.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Share relevant information with other departments or team members.
  • Attend and contribute to company meetings and training.
  • Carry out any other duties reasonably required by the company.
